The Abyss
Feeling Out of Place
When I was younger, I often felt like I didn’t belong in this world. Sensitive, empathic, and creative, I struggled to process the heaviness I carried. I saw life through shadowed eyes, filled with self-doubt and dark thoughts I didn’t know how to navigate.Eventually, I entered a place so deep and hopeless, I call it the abyss. But even there, something in me whispered that maybe change was possible.Reaching out for help was the beginning. Slowly, I started to heal. I became more hopeful, more resilient—and I realized transformation is possible for everyone.
The Fire
Awakening
I thought I had risen. But years later, I fell again—this time into a deeper fire.My second awakening unraveled everything. Old wounds resurfaced. Emotions I thought I had healed returned in waves. I felt like a phoenix—constantly burning, dying, and rising again.At the same time, my gifts opened. My dreams turned vivid, synchronicities intensified, and I began to walk between two worlds—the visible and the unseen. It was disorienting, but I could feel I was being guided.And that gave me trust, even in the darkest moments.

Choosing Purpose
Coming out the other side, I knew I’d changed. I felt devoted—not just to healing, but to helping others rise too.I dove deep into transformation, psychology, consciousness and spirituality. I studied, practiced, and grew. I manifested my soul-aligned partner, moved to my dream country, and began to live with joy, depth, and purpose.Now, I hold space for others on this path. Aligning with our higher self can be painful, lonely, and disorienting—but when someone walks beside us with presence and care, the journey becomes lighter, more held, and is a little less hard to bear.

I am an independent coach—not a licensed therapist or affiliated with any institution. My practice is grounded in seven years of personal spiritual transformation, intuitive insight, coaching study, and my experience supporting others through their journeys.
What Informs my Work
My influences include, Jungian archetypes, shadow work, inner child healing, energy work (Reiki & Ashati), dreamwork, and breathwork.
I’m especially inspired by the teachings of Carl Jung, Donald Kalsched, and Ram Dass.
